As a warehouse team leader, your focus is on optimising productivity and ensuring our logistics processes run smoothly. You don’t shy away from challenges; instead, you see them as opportunities to lift your team to a higher level. You’re on it.How you do this? As a key link for our warehouse manager, you know exactly what’s happening on he work floor. You ensure that the right employees are in the right place, and the correct workflow is followed. You partivipate in daily meetings maintain a bird’s-eye view over your department, and keep everything running smoothly. You achieve this by:
- distributing daily tasks and serving as the main point of contact for your team of 45 employees;
- promptly identifying and solving issues;
- contributing to projects that continuously improve our logistics processes and procedures;
- monitoring and ensuring compliance with KPIs and workload, and taking actions when necessary.

You bring
- excellent communication skills and the ability to share your passion with others;
- knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse environment;
- willingness to work in a two-shift schedule, with additional night shifts during our peak seasons;
- good command of English, both spoken and written.
