You have a direct impact on our daily performance. From leading your team to solving challenges on the floor: you’re on it. 
How you do this? You are the go-to person for our supervisor. You know exactly what’s happening in the warehouse and make sure the right people are in the right place, ensuring our productivity, timing, and quality targets are met. You achieve this by:

• allocating daily operational tasks and acting as the first point of contact for around 25 team members;
• identifying and addressing process deviations and disruptions in time;
• providing input for improvement projects across our logistics processes and procedures;
• ensuring compliance with company, safety and quality standards.

You bring

• around 2 years of leadership experience with multicultural teams is an advantage;
• at least 5 years of logistics experience (3PL of Food environment preferred);
• knowledge of Lean and 5S is an advantage;
• good command of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
