As a warehouse team leader, you are responsible for leading and motivating your team.
You’ll work in a dynamic environment with a variety of clients and play a crucial role in ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you’ll start at our current site in Moerdijk. In early 2026, we will begin relocating to our new facility at Logistiek Park Moerdijk, a 240,000 m² warehouse, the largest contiguous logistics site in the Benelux: You’re on it.

How you do this? As a warehouse team leader, you make sure daily operations run seamlessly. In a fast-paced environment with multiple clients, you use your leadership skills to optimize processes and elevate your team. You achieve this by:

• contributing ideas and input for projects aimed at improving our logistics processes and procedures;
• coaching, training, and managing your team members;
• enforcing and monitoring compliance with legal, company, and safety regulations;
• leading daily operations and ensuring everything stays on track;
• working day shifts or rotating shifts, depending on your preference and availability.

You bring

• excellent communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others;
• knowledge of logistics processes within a warehouse;
• willingness to work in a two-shift schedule;
• a good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
