As a warehouse team leader, you lead your team on a daily basis and know how to motivate them to bring out the best in themselves. In a dynamic environment with a diverse range of clients, you play a key role in ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. How do you do this? As a warehouse team leader, you ensure that the daily operations run smoothly. You work in a dynamic environment with various customers and use your leadership skills to optimize processes and elevate your team. You achieve this by: 

• providing input for projects to improve our logistics processes and procedures; 
• coaching, training, and leading your team members; 
• ensuring compliance with and overseeing legal, company, and safety regulations; 
• managing operational tasks and ensuring everything runs smoothly;
• you work in day shifts or shift work, depending on the company’s needs and in consultation with you.

You bring

• experience in leading a team in a warehouse environment;
• willingness to work in day shifts or a two-shift schedule;
• good command of the English language, both spoken and written.
