Austria is working on implementing Low Emission Zones (LEZs) in cities like Vienna to limit access for older heavy-duty vehicles (HDVs). The government offers incentives for electric vehicles and is investing in expanding charging infrastructure, promoting cleaner transport solutions in line with EU emissions standards.

In response to these developments, DSV is adapting by increasing the use of our Driver app to significantly reduce paper waste during transportation while supporting the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, our partnership with Volvo promotes the decarbonisation of road freight.
