Maastricht Airport

Aviation Valley in South Limburg is one of the best logistics locations in the Netherlands. At the Europalaan, Intospace is building a high-quality 40,000 m² warehouse on an area of approximately 6.3 hectares. In the second quarter of 2025, DSV will start operating this warehouse and add it to its two other Maastricht Airport locations. Aviation Valley has a direct connection to the A2 freeway, making it possible to reach the main cities in the region such as Eindhoven, Aachen, Düsseldorf and Liège in less than an hour.

This BREEAM Excellent certified warehouse is made of sustainable materials and features solar panels. The total building consists of two warehouses of 26,000 m2 (plus mezzanine of 2,100 m2) and 10,000 m2 (plus mezzanine of 1,500 m2) which each have separate entrances and office areas but are internally connected. The warehouse has 3 storage areas of 2,200 m2 each which comply with the laws and regulations in accordance with PGS-15 for the storage of packaged dangerous goods. The warehouse has a total of 45 docks and 2,900 m2 of office space which can be reached from the parking lot via a modern walkway. The latter provides space for 300 parking spaces.
