Russia/ Ukraine war: operational update March 10

Transports to and from Russia and Belarus still suspended

Ukraine DSV

Due to the ongoing war in Ukraine and the subsequent legal sanctions against Russia and Belarus, the global transport and logistics sector is adapting to changing market conditions and continued uncertainty.

We are still monitoring the situation closely, providing solutions where possible to minimise the impact on customer supply chains. All DSV operations in Ukraine remain suspended. Furthermore, DSV continues its temporary suspension of all air, sea, road and rail shipments to and from Russia and Belarus, both directly and indirectly including these destinations. The only exception to this is the transport of medical and humanitarian supplies.

The global threat of potential cyberattacks has increased, and DSV has responded with an appropriate set of cybersecurity measures in order to mitigate the risk of exposure to our systems and our customers. Furthermore, DSV has increased awareness of potential cyber threats targeted at our employees and provided guidance to further help reduce risk.

We handle security matters with the utmost importance and continue to put significant efforts into protecting our customers and suppliers.

To help customers to the widest extent possible, DSV encourages all customers impacted by the war in Ukraine to reach out to your DSV contact so we can guide and support you during these extraordinary circumstances.
