Create real impact by translating the story behind the numbers into actionable improvements: you’re on it. 

How you do this? As a business controller, you’re the key financial sparring partner for both the management and operational teams at our logistics sites in the Southeast Netherlands. You bring clarity and control to organisational performance through reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Your job is to monitor financial health and actively contribute to improving it. You’ll play a crucial role in turning data into action — both in day-to-day operations and on a strategic level. You’ll work closely with internal departments and our Shared Service Centre, ensuring everything is aligned with both internal and external financial regulations. You achieve this by:

• delivering accurate financial reporting and controlling for the sites;
• preparing budgets and forecasts;
• identifying improvement opportunities through in-depth analysis of cost structures and operational performance;
• advising on investment decisions and supporting strategic projects;
• optimising processes and conducting internal audits and controls.

You bring

• a completed HBO degree in finance or administration, and 3–4 years of experience in a similar role;
• strong Excel skills, experience with SAP, and a general affinity for IT systems;
• excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• flexibility, especially during month-end closings.
