How you do this? As a customer service representative, you are an essential link between our warehouse and our customers, where you are responsible for all administrative and planning activities for our customers. This means ensuring that all information about an order is correctly recorded in our system and that the progress of orders is properly monitored. You take care of the planning for the logistics department and keep the customer continuously informed about the status of their orders.
Thanks to your efforts and accuracy, you not only ensure that everything runs smoothly, but you also continuously keep both customers and internal stakeholders informed about progress. In case of disruptions, you detect them in time and inform the customer about any delays or changes. As the first operational point of contact for your assigned customers, you communicate quickly and efficiently with internal colleagues from various departments. Handling and forwarding customer escalations is also part of your responsibilities, ensuring we can always provide a solution. You achieve this by:
- monitoring warehouse processes with our warehouse management system, keeping both customers and internal stakeholders always informed;
- detecting disruptions and informing customers about any delays or changes;
- handling and forwarding customer escalations.

You bring
- experience in a customer service environment, preferably within logistics;
- strong customer focus and commitment;
- knowledge of Excel, MS Office, and warehouse management systems;
- good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
