Move forward as Customer Services Supervisor at DSV in Tholen

Do you want to lead a team responsible for well-known consumer brands active in the Dutch and European markets? Your leadership experience in customer service will be put to good use with this team in Tholen.

Responsible for the operational management of our customer service team: you’re on it.

How you do this? As a customer services supervisor, you keep your team informed about potential changes with the client. You are the key contact person for any operational issues and ensure direct communication with the client. From your supervisor role, you oversee processes, monitor their progress, and make adjustments where necessary. You also conduct monthly reviews with customers, this can be trough phone, Teams, or on-site in Tholen. You achieve this by:

  • proactively coaching and motivating your entire customer service team;
  • maximizing customer satisfaction by serving clients according to agreed-upon arrangements;
  • monitoring various logistics processes, intervening in case of disruptions, and informing customers and carriers about expected delays or changes;
  • preparing reports (KPIs) and periodically sharing these with the operations manager and your team.

You bring

  • at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role;
  • a passion for logistics and the ability to inspire others;
  • strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, Dutch is a plus;
  • a results-driven mindset, a strong sense of oversight, and the confidence to stand your ground.
