Working in this department means being at the heart of the warehouse, where precision and collaboration have a direct impact on results. You play a key role in keeping our logistics processes running smoothly: you’re on it. 

How you do this? As inventory controller, you are responsible for planning, setting up, checking and reporting on the physical stock in our warehouse. You play a vital role in optimising stock processes so the warehouse can be used as efficiently as possible. You run reports and analyse product turnover to determine the right placement in the warehouse. You also identify deviations or stock discrepancies and correct them together with your team. You achieve this by:

• identifying differences between physical stock and the stock data in the system;
• analysing product turnover and determining the right placement in the warehouse;
• analysing stock discrepancies and finding appropriate solutions;
• processing inventoried data in the system, supporting the creation of reports for management and operations, and independently carrying out data analyses.

You bring

• a completed MBO qualification, preferably in a logistics-related field;
• experience working with inventory data and confident in using Excel;
• accuracy, a solution-oriented mindset, and a proactive attitude in the warehouse;
• strong communication skills and a team-focused approach;
• knowledge of warehouse management systems and automation is a plus.
