In this role, you are the go-to troubleshooter within our warehouse. You dive deep into operational issues, identify the root cause, and deliver lasting solutions. Your creative thinking helps ensure smooth processes and prevents future disruptions: you’re on it.

How you do this? You’ll take ownership of identifying and resolving operational faults caused by human error or system-related issues. You investigate thoroughly, solve quickly, and work proactively to prevent recurrence. You achieve this by:

• carefully reviewing and prioritising reported issues, and involving your supervisor when needed;
• creating and implementing concrete improvement proposals to optimise operations;
• providing hands-on support when urgent issues arise on the work floor;
• keeping colleagues and customers informed with clear updates and explanations about incidents or technical faults.

You bring

• experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management systems;
• strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• at least 2 years of work experience within a logistics service provider;
• willingness to work in 2 shifts or staggered day shifts.
