Move forward as Troubleshooter at DSV in Maastricht Airport
Are you someone who thinks in solutions rather than problems? Do you go the extra mile to fully understand a malfunction or issue? Then we’re looking for you!
You get it done
As a troubleshooter, you act as a problem-solver within our warehouse. You identify and analyze issues, where your creativity in finding suitable solutions is highly valued. By doing so, our processes run smoothly: you’re on it.
How you do this? You’ll be responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving operational issues in the warehouse, which arise due to human errors and/or system problems. You get to the root of the problem, resolve it, and ensure similar issues are prevented in the future. You achieve this by:
- analyzing reported operational issues and setting the right priorities, then informing your supervisor accordingly;
- improving operational processes by developing, detailing, and implementing improvement proposals;
- providing ad-hoc support in the event of disruptions and issues;
- supplying information and answering questions from staff and clients concerning disruptions.
Your team stands out within DSV by thanks to its good mix of international colleagues and a strong bond. We’re always there for each other and help each other learn various tasks. We prioritize work enjoyment and a healthy dose of humor, alongside our commitment to hard work.

says Fred Morlog, Warehouse Manager.
In the Netherlands, we operate from over 25 branches, with more than 3,000 colleagues. Together we rise to the challenge of a rapidly changing environment. We make quick decisions at every level and combine ambition and teamwork. This is how we move forward and make a difference together.
You bring
- experience with Excel, Microsoft Office, and warehouse management systems;
- good command of the English language, both spoken and written;
- at least two years’ experience in a logistics service provider role;
- willingness to work in a two-shift or staggered day shift schedule.
It all counts for this vacancy of troubleshooter in Maastricht Airport. Furthermore, it is of course important that you feel at home with us. That will certainly be possible if you like to keep going, have guts and want to grow with DSV.
