Managing an enthusiastic team, where together with your team, you contribute to further optimizing our logistics processes: You’re on it.

How you do this? As a warehouse manager, you are a key link in our logistics process. Together with your team, you work towards meeting productivity standards, time and quality requirements, and adhering to procedures and regulations. You manage team leaders/supervisors who technically supervise teams of 3 to 5 colleagues. You are not only a leader but also a coach. You guide and motivate your team members, conduct performance and evaluation interviews, and ensure a pleasant working atmosphere. You achieve this by:

• monitoring and overseeing the execution of processes and coordinating with other internal departments;
• thinking proactively about process improvements;
• providing management information based on pre-agreed targets/KPIs;
• leading, coaching, and guiding your team.

You bring

• a strong personality and know how to lead teams effectively;
• have a passion for logistics and are able to convey this enthusiasm to others;
• have a structured and solution-oriented working approach;
• have solid experience in a leadership role, preferably within a logistics 3PL environment;
• some experience with logistics automation;
• communication skills at all levels, in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
