You oversee the big picture without losing sight of the finer details. With your energy, leadership, and sense of direction, you inspire and guide your team every single day: you’re on it.

How do you do this? By leading a dynamic team of 15 to 50 employees and ensuring that all logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. You’re responsible for managing the day-to-day schedule, tracking progress closely, and translating performance into clear KPI reports. You’re also quick to spot disruptions or bottlenecks and tackle them with effective, hands-on solutions. You achieve this by: 

• actively supporting your team’s development through performance and absence conversations, and leading daily kick-off meetings or team briefings;
• delivering management insights based on pre-agreed KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• playing a key role in launching operations for a new client and ensuring a seamless integration into existing workflows.

You bring

• a solid background in logistics or transportation, with proven leadership experience;
• fluent English skills, both spoken and written, and the ability to thrive in an international setting;
• experience with warehouse management systems—or the eagerness to learn them quickly;
• flexibility to work in shifts between 6:00 and 24:00.
