The transport and logistics industry has been waiting for the International Chamber of Commerce to announce Incoterms® 2020, which will take effect on January 1st, 2020.
The announcement reveals no major changes - one Incoterm® has been renamed, cost allocation and security are more prominent and Guidance Notes have been expanded.
