In view of the limited Intra-Asia air capacity, DSV is launching a special offer to support the need for air capacity from Vietnam to Hong Kong, leveraging its strong charter network.
The special offer refers to the first leg of DSV Dragon Wing service connecting Hanoi and Hong Kong. With weekly departure, our Boeing 747-8 freighter airplane is scheduled to fly every Sunday from Vietnam to Hong Kong, then directly heads for Miami, USA which takes only one day.
As a consequence of the COVID-19, travel ban has been in place and plenty of flights have been suspended. The overall belly capacity has dropped, leading to a surge in air transportation costs. With this special offer, customers can secure stable space with a competitive pricing, and mostly importantly all capacity is 100% DSV controlled.
From Hong Kong, cargo could be distributed to other locations in South China such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou and Zhongshan by trucking.
