DSV Signs Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Nantong Port Group

On 28 July afternoon, DSV signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Nantong Port Group in Shanghai. Representatives from both companies including Mr. Henry Cao, Vice President of DSV Air & Sea China and Mr. Lv Dongqin, Member of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of Nantong Port (Port) Group, Chairman of Nantong Tongyang Port Co., Ltd attended the signing ceremony.

With its location advantage, Nantong Port Group is a key member of the major shipping hubs in China and a part of the combined harbour groups of Shanghai’s International Shipping Center. As an important part of the Tongzhou bay operation harbours, the Lvsi container operation area was opened in December 2021, aiming to coordinate the strategic development of Yangtze River Delta integration, accelerate the construction of the Yangtze River golden waterway, and explore a new path for river-sea linkage.

In accordance with the principles of “mutual complementarity” and “mutual benefit”, both companies agreed to jointly provide integrated and high-quality services to customers, by leveraging their assets in clientele, port resources and operational expertise. According to the agreement, both companies will work closely to provide logistics services of windmill equipment by continuously expanding and enhancing the scope of cooperation.
