Transportation services for import and export

Daily groupage transport: for smaller shipments up to 3,000 kg, ideal for up to 4 Euro Pallets (each not exceeding 1,000 kg).
Daily Less-than-Truckloads (LTL transport): for shipments over 3,000 kg that don’t require a full truck.
Daily Full-Truckloads (FTL transport): for larger shipments that fill an entire truck.
For heavier, dangerous, or out-of-gauge demands, we also provide tailored specialised transport solutions.

Transit times between Ireland and the Netherlands are 1-2 working days for FTL, 2-3 working days for LTL, and 2-4 working days for Groupage. Ireland is actively working on policies to promote electric vehicles, including the introduction of Low Emission Zones (LEZs) in urban areas. The government provides financial incentives for low-emission vehicle adoption and is investing in expanding charging infrastructure to support the transition to cleaner transport in line with EU goals.

In response to these developments, DSV is adapting by participating in our carbon offsetting programs and providing CO2 reports in both basic and detailed formats to support your sustainability reporting. More and more drivers are using the DSV Driver app, significantly reducing the need for paper printing during transportation. We are also dedicated to supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, we are thrilled to announce our partnership with Volvo to advance the decarbonization of road freight.
