For DSV XPress and DSV XPress Economy, there are no weight limits, but maximum dimensions do apply: the length per package must not exceed 270 cm, and the maximum girth (length + 2 x width + 2 x height) is 400 cm. Packages exceeding these dimensions fall under DSV XPress Special Services and are handled upon request.
Ensure your shipment is well-protected by using a sturdy cardboard box with sufficient cushioning material and clear labels. You can arrange the packaging yourself or opt for DSV XPress packaging, which is available in various sizes and comes with matching labels.
The price is calculated based on the volumetric weight if it exceeds the actual weight. The volumetric weight is determined by multiplying the length, width, and height (in cm), dividing the total volume of the shipment by the factor specified in the quote, and rounding up to the nearest whole number.
