He makes sure shipments get to their destination, so the customer can focus on running their business. When in doubt, Lex knows that he has a family of colleagues to learn from and who always help each other find the best solution for every challenge faced.

    Nonkululeko Matante is an Assistant Manager in DSV Healthcare and leads a team that makes sure that thousands of HIV patients receive their medication. To Nonkululeko, that is a big responsibility, and part of what makes her get out of bed in the morning. The work she and her team does every day makes a difference.

    Gary Kioussis worked in Finance and in Sales, and has now combined these two skills in his current position. The ability to move around internally in the company has meant a lot to Gary, and regardless of where he has worked, he has appreciated how DSV encourages local culture and individual initiatives to thrive.
