Emergency Situation Surcharge DSV XPress

Mantenemos en funcionamiento las cadenas de suministro, pero algunas interrupciones son inevitables.

A medida que la situación en torno al brote de COVID-19 continúa afectando a más y más países, el equipo de DSV XPress se asegura de que los envíos lleguen lo más rápido posible, especialmente para productos importantes, como medicamentos, ropa protectora y alimentos.

En vista de las restricciones para cargar con vuelos comerciales, seguimos haciendo todo lo posible para transportar sus envíos a sus destinos de manera segura y sin demoras, siempre que sea posible. Para garantizar que las cadenas de suministro de nuestros clientes funcionen de la manera más fluida posible, los envíos a menudo deben llevar rutas directas a destino, lo que aumenta los costes de transporte y manipulación.

Como consecuencia, tendremos que imputar temporalmente y hasta nuevo aviso cualquier cargo adicional de las aerolíneas y los proveedores de servicios.

DHL Surcharge

DHL ha publicado un suplemento por situación de emergencia vigente desde el 1 de abril 2020.

(Status as of 1st April 2020)

DHL Express aplica este suplemente a cualquier envío gestionado por ellos.

Cómo nos afecta: DSV XPress Spain únicamente gestiona con DHL las operativas triangulares.
Por lo tanto, solo las operativas triangulares se ven afectadas por el suplemento indicado.

UPS Surcharge

El servicio UPS Standard (EU) y el UPS doméstico no se ven afectados.

Cómo nos afecta: DSV XPress Spain gestiona con UPS el 100 % de las importaciones y el 70% de las exportaciones.
Recuerden que, al confirmar los envíos, en las etiquetas Courier aparecerá siempre el Partner que gestiona la recogida.

3. CANCELACIÓN DEVOLUCIÓN DE PORTES
UPS cancela la garantía de devolución de portes para todos los envíos con cualquier origen y destino.

2. Cancelación / devolución de portes

FEDEX cancela la garantía de devolución de portes para todos los envíos con cualquier origen y destino.

TNT ha publicado un nuevo suplemento por situación de emergencia vigente desde el 29 de abril 2020.

Diferenciando por el tipo de servicio:

**Envíos Courier Worldwide y Express – Suplemento Mínimo de 0,90 € / envío

2. Emergency Situation Surcharge Europe

**Envíos Courier Economy Europe - Sin suplemento mínimo.

Cómo nos afecta: DSV XPress Spain gestiona con TNT el 15 % de las exportaciones.
Recuerden que, al confirmar los envíos, en las etiquetas Courier aparecerá siempre el Partner que gestiona la recogida.

2. Cancelación devolución de portes
TNT cancela la garantía de devolución de portes para todos los envíos con cualquier origen y destino.
