More Section 301 News: New Exclusions Named for Duties on Tranche 3
Another round of exclusions was announced for duties on products from China listed in Section 301.

On April 24th, 2020, the United States Trade Representative published, in the Federal Register, additional exclusions to the duties on Tranche 3 of the Section 301 goods from China.
The new exclusions will be retroactive to September 24, 2018 and will be valid until August 7, 2020. They can be claimed using subheading 9903.88.45.
