Section 301 Goods: Additional Exclusions Named for Duties on Tranche 3
Additional exclusions were announced for duties on products from China listed in Tranche 3 of Section 301.

On March 26, 2020, the United States Trade Representative published, in the Federal Register, additional exclusions to the duties on Tranche 3 of the Section 301 goods from China.
The new exclusions will be retroactive to September 24, 2018 and will be valid until August 7, 2020. They can be claimed using subheading 9903.88.43.
