USMCA Will Enter into Force on July 1, 2020
All necessary measures have been taken by Mexico and Canada to comply with their commitments to the agreement.

On Friday April 24, the United States Trade Representative, Robert Lighthizer, notified Congress that Canada and Mexico have taken the necessary measures to comply with their commitments under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USMCA).
The agreement will enter into force on July 1, 2020. US Customs and Border Protection has provided guidance instructions, as it is not expected that the regulations will be published by the July 1 implementation date.
