Another Round of Exclusions Named for Tranche 3 of Section 301
The USTR announced an additional round of exclusions for Tranche 3 of Section 301 duties.

Last Thursday evening, May 21, 2020, the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced an additional round of exclusions for Tranche 3 of the Section 301 duties on goods from China.
The new exclusions will be retroactive to September 24, 2018 and will be valid until August 7, 2020. They can be claimed using subheading 9903.88.48.
