Update: Hurricane Zeta Alert - Port of New Orleans to close Wednesday

Hurricane Zeta is set to make landfall on Wednesday, October 28. Customers may experience delays due to port closures.

DSV New Orleans is closing at 11:00 am on Wednesday. All urgent matters will be attended to by DSV Houston until New Orleans is able to reopen. The plan is to reopen Thursday barring any unforeseen issues.

Port of New Orleans Updates:

Terminal Operations 
New Orleans Terminal and Ports America for containerized operations will be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28, 2020.

Empire, Coastal Cargo, Gulf Stream and Ports America for breakbulk operations will be CLOSED tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28, 2020.

Vessel Operations 
The Coast Guard is expected to set Port condition to ZULU RESTRICTED vessel movements tomorrow, Wednesday, October 28, 2020.

Rail Operations 
NOPB will CEASE operations tomorrow Wednesday, October 28, 2020.
