Public terminals and truck offices are closed due to lack of power and water. Conditions continue to be monitored.
UPDATE: Port of Houston Continues Closures - Wednesday, February 17 for Inclement Weather
Some inland carriers are in general closed or operating with skeleton crews. Houston Intercontinental airport is open, however Houston seafreight terminals remain closed. This includes the Bayport and Barbours Cut container Terminals and Turning Basin Terminal.
Conditions will be monitored throughout the week and more information will be released as it becomes available.

The Port of Houston announced on Friday afternoon, February 12th, that the Bayport and Barbour's Cut Terminal Truck Gates and the Turning Basin Truck Gates will be closed on Monday, February 15 due to expected extreme weather.
Conditions will be monitored throughout the weekend and more information will be released as it becomes available.
