Specific Tasks and Responsibilities
- Meets individual and team KPI (Key performance indicators) goals
- Create shipments in system and ensure efficient handling of shipments
- Update shipping information and upload shipping documents
- To ensure smooth preparation of shipping documents like House Bill, Master Bill, and Arrival Notice
- Communicate with internal / external partners, brokers, and stakeholders
- To ensure proper closing of jobs within deadline
- To adhere to stakeholders’ requirements
- To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives
- To do administrative, adhoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives.
