YOUR TASKS
- Coordination of ongoing transport service operations in the Dolny Śląsk region by ensuring the availability of the required fleet capacity and the optimal utilization of transport resources,
- Ensuring high-quality customer service through effective operational cooperation with carriers and couriers,
- Resolving day-to-day customer operational issues in line with DSV quality standards,
- Participating in the development of a Lean culture,
- Operating TMS systems and ensuring data accuracy and integrity,
- Identifying the quality and operational needs of internal and external customers and proposing innovative solutions.
- Willingness to work in a three-shift system,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially MS Excel),
- Effective management of time, resources, and equipment,
- Accountability for own actions and their outcomes,
- Ability to respond quickly to unexpected situations,
- Ability to communicate information promptly, clearly, and in an understandable manner.
- Completed higher education in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field,
- Previous experience working in the logistics industry.
