Industrial action 1st February 2023

Please be advised of the forthcoming industrial action on the 1st of February 2023 at UK ports and airports.

•    You will seen reports that up to 100,000 civil service staff who are members of the Public and Commercial Services (PCS) union will be going on strike on Wednesday 1st February 2021. This industrial action will also include UK-based Home Office and Border Force staff. 
  
•    The industrial action is likely to impact the movement of goods through UK ports and airports on 1st February and we anticipate further disruption on the morning of 2nd February as business returns to normal. 

Transit times may well be impacted during the period of industrial action.
