Senior Warehouse Operator

1. Daily operation management: 
- Oversee warehouse activities to ensure smooth daily warehouse operations. 
- Allocate manpower and monitor productivity levels throughout the shift. 
- Ensure necessary picking are planned and prepared according to dashboard. 

2. Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping 
- Ensure all safety protocol and WI are followed strictly. 
- In charge of 5S/6S for the warehouse. 

3. Staff Management 
- Provide On-Job-Training, and performance feedback. 
- Gather feedback from ground staff while report to executive/ manager. 
- Stand in as operators/admin when shorthanded 

4. Customer Management 
- Liaise with customers on exception and special handling request. 

5. Equipment & Asset Management 
- Monitor usage and condition of MHE. 
- Maintenance and servicing of MHE. 
- Ensure all IT assets are in operational condition while taking necessary steps to 
ensure operational continuity in case of IT equipment downtime. 

Requirements

• Forklift license and/or Reach Truck license is an advantage
