- To liase with customers for order bookings
- Single contact person for the customer assigned to you.
- To constantly monitoring cargo movement locally & cross border.
- To do planning for bookings, by making truck arrangement with our own trucks or vendors.
- To assist and prepare other requirements as per customer’s request such as Custom’s declaration.
- To ensure loading and unloading activities are being execute without escalation.
- To inform and update customer regularly on movement.
- To communicate with customers on daily basis via email/phone and fulfil their request and follow their SOP without fail.
- Take ownership of customer’s issues/escalations.
- Manage, update and review Customer’s KPIs and reports.
- Attend Customers meetings, QBR and inquiries.
- To input Transport Management System for shipment’s
- To compute movement information on the database.
- To prepare and compile shipment’s documents for submission to billing.
