✅Key Responsibilities

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

1. Fairs & Events Logistics Operations

• Check shipping inquiries, AIR & SEA freight, space availability, and In & Out handling fees
• Prepare quotations and estimated shipping plans
• Arrange pick-up, AIR or SEA bookings, and return shipments
• Inspect exhibits, vehicles, and packing status

2. Shipping Documentation & Customs Clearance

• Issue ATA Carnets
• Prepare Invoices and Packing Lists and check AWBs
• Arrange customs clearance, re-import customs clearance, and shipping insurance

3. On-site Operations

• Arrange Inbound and Outbound Handling through business trips
• Manage unpacking, positioning, re-packing, and return INPL preparation
• Coordinate on-site handling and shipping schedules with foreign partners

4. Client & Sales Management

• Sustain key clients and develop new business
• Support sales development and maintenance
• Provide client consulting on solutions, routing, scheduling, and customer service
• Conduct business validation checks, cost control, and estimated GP checks
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Language

• Fluent in English and Korean (written and spoken)
• Additional language skills are a plus

Education

• Bachelor's degree

Experience

• Minimum 10 year’s experiences in Fairs & events 

Competencies

• Correct mindset under business ownership
• Ability of business sustainment
• Correct attitude to align co-workers and entreprise
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office software (Excel, word, power point and others)
• Good knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools

• Good knowledge of air/sea, exhibition/event & warehousing
• Sales & operation management experience(s)
• Knowledge of markets (customer, competitors, supplier & overall environment)
