Responsibilities:
- Delivering the highest quality service within domestic road freight operations.
- Handling email and telephone communication with Customers and Branch Offices.
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of information.
- Working with assigned process KPIs and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Willingness to work in a shift system.
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to independently seek solutions and identify new opportunities.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emerging challenges.
