- Prepare and process outgoing shipments (domestic and international)
- Verify shipping documents such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, Letter of Credit, import & export permit.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, carriers, and freight forwarders
- Track shipments and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages
- Maintain shipping records and update systems with shipment details
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and shipping laws
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status.
Requirements
- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and customs processes
- Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
