YOUR TASKS
- Preparing billings of transport costs
- Preparing cost settlements with other DSV branches
- Verification of the correctness of subcontractors ' invoices
- Completing and distributing transport documents
- Preparing revenue settlements
- Conducting settlements of pallet trading with customers and subcontractors
- Document scanning
OUR EXPECTATIONS
- Experience in office work would be an asset.
- Ability to use MS Office package in practice (in particular Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work with numbers
- Accuracy and good organization of work
- Engagement in the duties you perform
- Knowledge of Polish and English language
- Ability to cooperate effectively with others
