Summary
DSV is seeking an experienced and motivated Inventory Team Lead to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the inventory control processes and ensuring accurate inventory counts and tracking of goods in our warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead a team of inventory associates to perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
Develop and implement inventory control procedures and processes
Receive and inspect incoming shipments of goods
Enter data into inventory management system accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain organized and clean inventory storage areas
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Prepare regular inventory reports for management
Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Educational background / Work experience
Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or related field
Proven experience in leading and managing a team
Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
