DSV breaks ground on new 750,000-square-foot facility in the Portland, Oregon Area

DSV celebrated the new Oregon Regional Warehouse Hub in Hillsboro, just West of Portland, Oregon, with members of the DSV team and guests from the City of Hillsboro, clients, and the warehouse’s developer, ARCO Design/Build.

The 750,000 square feet of purpose-built contract logistics space is dedicated to serving DSV's customers and housing the Contract Logistics division. The Hillsboro facility is a purpose-built, state-of-the-art contract logistics hub designed to serve the semiconductor and numerous other industries. The facility will feature advanced security, customized inventory management solutions, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution services, giving our team the tools and infrastructure to deliver the precision and reliability our semiconductor customers depend on every day.

Commitment to clients

This warehouse, dedicated to our Contract Logistics operations, unites our three existing Oregon locations in Sherwood and Tualatin, which together total approximately 385,000 square feet, into a single facility nearly twice that combined size. This move is a direct investment in our team and our future. Every employee from DSV’s Oregon locations is expected to transition to the new Hillsboro facility when it opens in July 2027, and we are committed to making that transition as smooth as possible.
