About the Trainee Program
DSV USA offers a 2-Year Trainee Program developed in partnership with NCBFAA (National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America). The program combines structured professional training with hands-on operational experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
Trainees participate in a tailored program that blends:
• On-the-job training in DSV operations
• Structured learning and development
• NCBFAA-certified freight forwarding training modules
This combination provides trainees with the technical knowledge and practical experience needed to launch a successful career in the global logistics industry.

Opportunities Across the USA
Trainee positions are currently available with placements in either Iselin, NJ (EWR) or Chester, PA (PHL). As part of a global organization, trainees may also have opportunities to grow and develop within our international network as their careers progress.
Eligibility
Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and hold one of the following:
• Valid USA Work Permit
• Permanent Residence status
• USA Passport
*DSV does not sponsor relocation or work permits for this program.
