Extension Granted to Some Tranche 4A Exclusions
Another set of exclusions for Tranche 4A of Section 301 have been extended.
On August 28, 2020, the United States Trade Representative announced extensions to some Tranche 4A exclusions that were set to expire September 1.
The new extension will be valid from September 1, 2020 until December 31, 2020, and can be claimed using subheading 9903.88.57.
