- Supervise a team of warehouse staff.
- Ensure the Program meets expectation, including delivery timeline, inventory integrity, records and documentation retention.
- Control and manage material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime.
- Implementation of Corrective Actions and convey to the team the implications.
- Uphold inventory integrity.
- Ensure staff compliance to all established processes and accuracy in data processing.
- Take disciplinary action on staff when required.
- Work with Planner to align the daily production orders priority include "Hotshot" & "Delay" for the day during daily production meeting.
- Establish Shipment planning listing for Operations to focus.
- Focal to communicate with Operations and Planner for any issue that impact the shipment fulfilment.
- Ensure Transpak deliver the correct base skid ordered.
- Ensure all modules for pullback or shipment are skidded and unskidded correctly.
- Scanning of Tote label into SMS.
- Ensure documents given by Customer Prep tally with the physical.
Ensure all documents are completed before handover to forwarder.
