- Process Improvement: Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in warehouse operations
- Capacity Planning: Calculate and maintain capacity data for materials processing, staffing, space, and equipment associated with operation and storage.
- Project management of Industrial Engineering initiatives.
- Perform facility layout, processing time, and cost performance analysis studies
- Conduct time studies on existing and new work processes/tasks as required by customer
- Develop and provide simulation models to assist program manager designing value-added services/solutions to customers.
- Plan, design and support integration of Automation solutions to enhance warehouse operation efficiency
- Evaluate material handling or storage system via its effectiveness post implementation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to align on project requirements & track progress
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical skills & presentation skills
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, AutoCAD).
