Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Maintain and manage quality documentation in accordance with QMS (e.g., SOPs, Work Instructions, Work Orders).
- Collaborate with Operations to address and resolve quality issues, including 8D investigations, non-conformance reports (NCRs), customer complaints, and audit corrective actions (CAPA).
- Conduct root cause analysis and follow through on corrective and preventive actions.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Evaluate change requests and support their implementation through project execution.
- Participate in validation and temperature mapping reviews.
Training & Knowledge Management
- Conduct and monitor training sessions on Good Practices GxP, work instructions, and other quality-related topics.
- Ensure training records are accurately completed and retained per QMS requirements.
MIDC (Secondary Assembly) Oversight
- Verify line clearance and label printing quality.
- Perform sampling checks and approve MIDC Work Orders.
Operational Quality Support
- Conduct Gemba Walks and Self-Assessment to observe and improve quality practices on the floor.
- Lead Operations in closing non-conformities from quality audits.

- MIDC Work Order Release Approver
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Trained with ISO 13485, SS620 GDPMDS, and GxP principles (preferred).
- Experience with 8D problem-solving methodology (preferred).
- Internal Auditor certification (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar quality role.
- Polytechnic Diploma in Science, Engineering, or Supply Chain (preferred).
- Prior experience in medical devices or regulated warehouse environments is advantageous.
