DSV opening 1.2 million square foot, LEED certified facility near Columbus, Ohio
This new warehouse brings over 1.2 million square feet to New Albany Tech Park, offering high-efficiency storage and order fulfillment services.

We are proud to introduce another DSV site, this one in the silicon heartland of Ohio. Scheduled to open in Q2 2025, the state-of-the-art warehouse offers 1.2 million square feet of warehousing storage and allows us to better handle the organic growth of existing customers, in addition to the ability to add new clients.
This multi-client facility is primarily designed to serve customers in a range of industries, most notably in the semiconductor industry, offering high-efficiency storage and our full complement of transportation services. It boasts high tech safety and security features and is equipped with a building management system to help with sustainability.
In addition to the semiconductor industry, this expansion enhances our ability to serve retailers and consumer brands looking to expand their online business and better reach existing customers. The infrastructure in place allows for fast ramp up of operations for new customers or growth of existing clients.
Located in the Columbus Ohio metro area, the facility has access to Rickenbacker International airport, major interstate highways and intermodal terminals. The logistics facility is a key strategic hub for transport throughout the US.
