    You submit an order and prior to the pick-up, we agree upon the route and the critical values of the cargo. You receive visibility tracking- and monitoring devices to be equipped on the cargo.

    The cargo is undergoing transport, and the Visibility control tower monitors your shipment 24/7 until drop-off.

  • Step 3: Preventive

    If any issues arise during transit, the Visibility control tower will take preventive action by contacting the nearest DSV branch, who will ensure the condition of the cargo. 

  • Step 4: Notification

    You will be duly notified of the deviation as well as the actions taken to solve the issue. You get a complete visible supply chain.

  • Step 5: Final destination

    Once your cargo reaches its destination, you will experience no sudden surprises due to the notifications from the Visibility control tower.
