Customer Success Program at DSV – Global Transport and Logistics On the Path to Excellence
As part of the global Customer Success Program (CSP), DSV conducts an extensive campaign to collect feedback from customer satisfaction surveys. These insights allow us to better understand how you evaluate your collaboration with us and enable us to continuously improve our services, processes, and products. Your feedback drives us forward.

Since the launch of the CSP, DSV has collected hundreds of responses regarding your experiences with our warehousing, road transport, or air and sea freight services. The findings from CSP help us refine DSV's logistics solutions.

How does the CSP work?
The CSP is based on elements of the well-known Net Promoter Score methodology but goes further by examining nine key areas of cooperation in detail. The feedback gathered through the surveys serves as the starting point for dialogue. Together with you, we aim to identify the improvements needed to enhance the quality of our collaboration and increase your satisfaction.
