YOUR TASKS 

• Communicating with clients (the company’s overseas branches) via email and telephone, in accordance with Customer Service Standards,
• Processing export and import orders in accordance with applicable procedures,
• Handling enquiries, irregularities and quality complaints from internal and external clients,
• Acquiring and developing skills in accordance with the current training plan for the department and the company.
