Another List of Exclusions on Section 301 Named for Tranche 4A

On July 20th, 2020, the United States Trade Representative (USTR) announced an additional exclusion to Tranche 4A of the Section 301 duties on goods from China.

The new exclusion will be retroactive to September 1, 2019 and will be valid until September 1, 2020. They can be claimed using subheading 9903.88.53.
