Support operational readiness, scalability, and continuous improvement through project coordination, data analytics, process improvement, and digitalisation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage NPI, system implementation, and continuous improvement projects to support operational excellence and business growth.
  • Lead special projects, process design and deployment (PDD/DPD) initiatives, and operational transformation programmes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive project execution to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on time.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance trackers to support project governance and decision-making.
  • Support customer engagement activities, governance meetings, and business reviews through timely reporting and project updates.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalisation to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 – 3 years’ experience in project management, operations excellence, continuous improvement, business analytics, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and dashboard development tools such as Power BI.
  • Familiarity with PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, VBA, SQL, or other automation and reporting tools will be an advantage.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
