Terminal Operator Specialist

• Supervise and lead daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
• Plan and allocate manpower to meet operational requirements and delivery timelines
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments
• Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, sales, customer service) and external vendors (e.g., transporters, suppliers)
• Identify process improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company SOPs
• Handle and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and customer complaints
• Prepare and maintain reports on KPIs such as delivery performance, inventory accuracy, and productivity
• Train, coach, and evaluate team members to ensure high performance and development
